Looking for a customer service / Sales representative to join our Elevate Team.
Someone to provide product knowledge, retail sales and services to the guests that come into our shops. The best CSRs are passionate about sports and genuinely excited to take care of our customers. Problem-solving, initiative, and ownership are all qualities we are looking for when it comes to being part of the Elevate Team.
Shop is open 7 days a week. Candidate needs to be able to work shifts between 10-7
Hockey and Skating knowledge is preferred but not required.
Some Responsibilities to note are:
- Manage inventory input and processing with detail and precision.
- Service equipment of sporting goods, skate sharpening, rivets, etc.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and fill those needs.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete product knowledge to customers and potential customers.
- Meet personal/team sales targets and goals.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Be proactive and focused
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
